Phases of Therapy:

Each of the Three Curriculums Follows these Phases:

  1. Isolation: Help the individual say the sound by itself, using the elicitation techniques provided
  2. Producing Single Words: Help them say the sounds correctly in single words
  3. Producing Short Phrases: Help them say the sounds correctly in 2-3 word phrases
  4. Producing Sentences: After that, we can move up to correctly using those sounds in words when speaking in complete sentences
  5. Carry-Over/Generalization: If the individual is able to produce all sounds in sentences but is still sometimes forgetting in conversational speech, you can follow the worksheets for generalizing the skill to conversation
